RSC Election & AGM Announcement
Notice vide Rule 14 is hereby given that the Annual General Body Meeting of the Regional Sports Centre, Kadavanthra, Cochin will be held at 6.30 pm on Saturday, the 19th September, 2026 at the Centre vide Rule 12 (a) and Election of Office Bearers for a two year term from 2026 to 2028 will be held from 8 am to 1 pm on Sunday, the 18th October 2026 at the Rajiv Gandhi Indoor Stadium of RSC vide Rule 19 of the Articles of Association of RSC. This 'Notice' with Agenda for the AGM on 19th Sept. 2026 along with the Minutes of the last AGM, Annual Report and the Audited Statement of Accounts for the financial 2025-26 and the number of posts for which election will be conducted on 18th Oct. 2026 and the Election Procedures shall be circulated to all members in their personal email IDs available in the office and also will be uploaded in our website https://rsckochi.com/ on or before 4th September 2026.
ANNUAL REPORT FOR THE PERIOD 28.08.2025 TO 27.08.2026
It is with immense pride, profound gratitude and a deep sense of accomplishment that I present the Annual Report of the Regional Sports Centre (RSC), Cochin, for one year from 28th August 2025 to 27th August 2026. The year under review has been a remarkable chapter in the continuing success story of RSC - a year marked by growth, sporting excellence, infrastructure development, new initiatives and, above all, an unwavering commitment to the ideals upon which RSC was founded: Fellowship, Sportsmanship and Community Spirit.
AUDITED ACCOUNTS 2025-26
We have audited the accompanying financial statements of Regional Sports Centre ("the Society"), which comprise the Balance Sheet as at March 31,2026, the Statement of income and Expenditure Account, notes to the financial statements and a summary of the significant accounting policies and other explanatory information. In our opinion and to the best of our information and according to the explanations given to us, the accompanying financial statements give a true and fair view of the financial position of the Soeietyas at March 31, 2026, and of its financialperformancefor the year then ended in accordance with the Accounting Standards issued by the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India(ICAI)
